It has 2 spacious bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 people
A free parking space next to the house.
There is a brand new kitchen which is fully equipped with pretty much everything you would want on a holiday if you want to cook.
A kettle barbecue in your own exclusive Beach Hut which is located on the adjoining green, This is a wonderful spot to eat al fresco, or simply watch one of the glorious sunsets with a glass of something in your hand.
However if you really don't want to cook, the Waterfront Restaurant and Bar, which has the reputation of being one of the finest on the Island is only 100 metres along the promenade.
There is one new bathroom , (with shower, no bath),
Laundry facilities,
free wi-fi,
42' flat screen TV and a Blu ray / DVD player.
Big fluffy white towels are provided along with Egyptian cotton sheets.
It really is the perfect location for a wonderful seaside holiday. We welcome children of all ages; a travel cot and high chair is available. There is central heating for when it is cooler. The Beautiful West Wight is full of wonderful scenic walks, so it is a fabulous area for a walking, hiking or cycling holiday It really is the perfect location for a wonderful seaside holiday
